Researchers are seeking individuals with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis to understand their specific challenges as well as informational and educational needs. The purpose of the research is to develop a report to inform supporters of patient education of the real-world needs of MS patients. 

Participants must be U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older, and currently diagnosed with RRMS.

Survey participants will be asked questions exploring their experiences as an individual with MS. The online survey is expected to take 20 minutes or less. Participants may enroll and complete the survey at a time and place of their choosing. Participants should plan to complete the entire process at one sitting. Participants who complete the online study survey, will be offered a $20 Amazon.com gift card. After completing the survey and providing information to receive the gift card, no further action is needed. The gift card will be sent within two weeks using the provided contact information. Contact information will only be used to send the gift card to and will not be used for any other purpose.

Study participation is voluntary. After enrolling, consent withdraw may be done at any time by sending written notice to Greg Salinas at greg.salinas@ceoutcomes.com. Deciding not to participate or withdrawing from the study will not result in any penalty.

Any information you provide during enrollment and as part of the online study survey interview will be kept in a secure database controlled by CE Outcomes, LLC. To ensure confidentiality, name and contact information will be kept in a separate database and will not be linked to your responses in any way. Survey responses will be analyzed by our trained research staff members. Findings reported from this study will only contain a summary of all participant responses as a group.
