A Message From Our Executive Director
March 19, 2020
Dear Friends,
The primary purpose of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation is to care for the critical needs of people with MS. In these difficult times, those needs don’t stop. Neither do we.
In response to the current pandemic, MS Focus: the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation is taking prudent steps to ensure the safety of our staff, while still serving the vital needs of our clients. Our staff members are working remotely to conduct necessary business. Please be patient during this period of disruption.
For our
clients
, the most urgent issues will be addressed first. Certain programs, such as our Lending Library or Health & Wellness classes, may be suspended until the crisis is passed. We recommend communicating with our staff by email rather than phone, if possible, as a limited number of staff are able to answer the helpline.
For our
vendors and partners
, please contact us via email to find out the status of any ongoing work. We may experience delays in correspondence and processing accounts payable.
For our
donors and supporters
, we need you now more than ever. Our fundraising efforts are severely curtailed during this crisis, but the urgent needs of the MS community can’t be put on hold. Please consider making a donation at
https://msfocus.org/Donate.aspx
