Fatigue is one of the most prevalent and challenging symptoms experienced by individuals with multiple sclerosis, significantly affecting their quality of life and daily functioning. Despite its widespread nature, effective treatment options for MS-related fatigue remain limited, and management often requires a personalized approach. This presentation will delve into the latest research on MS-related fatigue, exploring both pharmacological and nonpharmacological interventions. It will also provide practical, evidence-based strategies healthcare professionals can use to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each patient, helping to improve their energy levels, productivity, and overall well-being.
