Today we'll get a little lesson in pointillism. We'll use cotton swabs and the ends of our paint brushes to make dots of various sizes. Get ready for some repetition.

Supplies:

• Cotton swabs (aka Q-tips) – 10 (at least)
• Acrylic paint – White, pink, yellow, orange, purple, blue, green, brown
• Brush – Flat 3/4 inch
• Paper or Canvas – Small size; I used 8.5 inch by 6 inch paper
• Water
• Napkin
• Palette / paper plate
