We'll be painting a landscape scene featuring a close-up of mushrooms. Your instructor has always thought mushrooms were a magical find when hiking in the woods. We'll use classical watercolor techniques to create our landscape close-up.

Supplies:

• Paper – I used 9 inch by 12 inch mixed media paper, but watercolor paper, cardstock, or anything thicker is good
• Watercolor paint set
• Water
• Napkins
• Brushes - Filbert 3/4 inch or similar large one; Round No. 4 or No. 6, and No. 0 (anything tiny)
• Pencil and eraser
