National MS Education and Awareness Month®

Every March, MS Focus: the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation dedicates National MS Education and Awareness Month to empowering, educating, and uniting the MS community. Our theme for 2026, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow: Four decades of MS Focus, puts the focus on topics such as 40 years of breakthroughs in diagnoses, treatment options, and access.

Your journey with MS is more than a diagnosis. It’s about addressing the whole person — your mind, body, relationships, and overall well-being. Throughout the month, we’ll explore the seven domains of holistic health, offer expert-led discussions, and provide resources to help you take charge of your MS journey.

Together, let’s shift the focus from what MS takes to what we can do to find better days.

  • Join us for expert-led discussions designed to help you manage MS with a whole-body approach. From selecting the right disease-modifying therapy to addressing neglected symptoms, mental health, and emerging treatments, our webinars will provide actionable insights to support your journey.
  • Our free comprehensive 2026 NMSEAM booklet dives deep into this year’s theme, offering practical strategies, expert insights, and personal stories to help you lead a better life with MS.

MS is not just a diagnosis — it’s a shared journey. This month, we invite you to be part of the conversation:

  • Share your story using #NMSEAM2026 on social media
  • Follow us for daily updates, live discussions, and community stories
  • Connect with support groups and MS advocates
