NMSEAM - Awareness Kits

What are Awareness Kits?

Awareness kits contain educational tools to help you raise awareness in your community during National MS Education and Awareness Month. They feature helpful, interesting information for patients, family members, healthcare workers, media, and the community at large. They also include suggestions for how you may put the information to use and how to share the materials with others. New awareness kits are available during February and March of each year. Like all MS Focus programs and services, the kits are offered free of charge.

Please note: Awareness kits are only available by mail inside the U.S., but much of the information in the kit will be made available to download worldwide.

When Requesting Kits:

MS Focus offers two types of kits:

  • For people with MS. This version of the kit is specifically designed to help people with MS reach the month's educational goals.
  • For the general public. This version of the kit is designed to raise MS awareness and to encourage people to support the MS cause.

Please note that each copy of the kit for people with MS contains one copy of the items included in the kit for the general public, so the person with MS can share in raising awareness. If you would like additional copies of the general public kit to share with friends, neighbors, and coworkers, you may order those separately.
