Fox is is staff neurologist at the Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis, vice-chair of research for the Neurological Institute, Cleveland Clinic, and professor of neurology at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. His research focuses on clinical trials and treatment-response biomarkers for MS. Jaitrali Jhanjiharya had a successful career of more than 20 years in marketing, then saw a need and reinvented herself as a psychotherapist specializing in assisting individuals with autoimmune disease. With more than five years of experience in her new field, she brings a unique perspective to treating the mental effects of autoimmune conditions such as MS, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis, drawing from personal experience with MS and Crohn's disease.Alexis Novak is a Clinical Research Project Manager at Cleveland Clinic, where she has been serving since November 2022. In this role, she oversees the coordination and execution of clinical research studies.Ben Thrower is the medical director of the Andrew C. Carlos MS Institute at Shepherd Center. He previously served as the medical director of the Holy Family Multiple Sclerosis Institute in Spokane, Wash. In Spokane, he was the chair of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the NMSS. In 2000, he was awarded the Norm Cohn Hope Chest Award by the National MS Society, recognizing his work with the MS community. In 2005, he was the first physician inductee into the Georgia Chapter of the National MS Society Volunteer Hall of Fame.
