Dear Friends, I am very excited about this edition of EmpowerSource! I am sharing the highlights ofmany of the outreach events that took place this year. I have been traveling all over thecountry, starting with National Multiple Sclerosis Education and Awareness Month in March,cruising on the 2019 MS Focus at Sea in Spring, to attending the Annual Consortium ofMultiple Sclerosis Centers in the Summer. Ive greatly enjoyed meeting some of you in thecommunity and visiting a few support groups along the way. As the year winds down, Imgrateful to have met so many amazing individuals who been a part of many wonderful eventsand programs. Reect and focus on all the positivethings in life. As you meet with your groups, during the nexttwo months, go around the room and ask each member toshare what they are most grateful for in 2019 and how they planto keep moving forward in 2020. If you do not belong to asupport group, when you see and talk withfamily and friendsover the next two months, you can ask them this question and share your thoughts with eachother.
