In order to have strong muscles, you have to use them. So, March’s educational programs will highlight topics such as vocational therapy, workplace accommodations, exercise, and SSDI benefits. It will also put a major focus on advocacy – speaking up foryourself at work, with family, and doctors; fighting for services and benefits you are entitled to; and joining an advocacy group and banding together as a force for change. The MS community is strong, and we will flex our muscles in 2019! MS Focus at Sea to set sail in 2019 The 2019 Cruise is headed to the eastern Caribbean! This seven-night cruise features three days at sea, three exciting ports of call, and endless opportunities for fun, education, and inspiration. The cruise will also boost camaraderie, support, and help you get outside of your comfort zone. We will be exploring the eastern Caribbean on board Celebrity Cruise Line’s Symphony of the Seas. The Cruise boards from Miami on April 13, 2019 and will sail to Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Nassau, Bahamas.
