In both instances, I was able to offer support and helpful resources. Moments like those are why I want to continue working here – I get to help people and be part of a positive and optimistic environment.” When asked about a particularly moving experience while working here, Whitney said, “One of my clients was renting a room in an attic and had no way of staying cool in the summer. She is on a limited, fixed income and wasn’t able to afford anything extra. When I called her that afternoon and told her that we can purchase an air conditioner for her and that she could pick it up that same afternoon, she started to cry and said, ‘Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh my God, I’m not going to be hot tonight. Thank you, Whitney! Thank you so much!’ That was not the first moment I was touched by someone’s gratitude and situation, and I know that, as long as I’m a part of the team here at MS Focus, it will not be that last.” Are you in need of assistance?
